You can force a user to change their password on their next login.
At Google Admin https://admin.google.com, click Users or Manage.
Then click the user’s name. Make sure not to check the box to their left; just click the name.
Alternatively, you can type their name or email address in the search bar on top. Then click the result suggested below.
On the user’s page, select the Security section.
Click Require password change.
As soon as you click the button to switch it from OFF to ON, your changes are auto-saved, and the user will be logged out immediately and asked to change their password.
This setting only works once and switches back to OFF when users have changed their current password.
