You can update multiple users’ passwords at once.
At Google Admin https://admin.google.com, click Users or Manage.
Click Download users above the users list.
Select All user info columns and currently selected columns.
The format should be Google Sheets.
You’ll get a notification when it’s ready. Click the Tasks icon in the top right, then select Open in Google Sheets.
To change passwords, only update the Passwords column.
To skip updating a user, remove them from the spreadsheet, or type 4 asterisks (****) in the Password column.
If you scroll to the right, you’ll find the Change password at Next Sign-In column. By setting this to TRUE, you force users to change their password the next time they log in.
Select File in the top left, then hover over Download as and select Comma-separated values.
Go back to the Users section.
Click Bulk update users.
Click the ATTACH CSV FILE button and select the file you exported from Sheets, then click UPLOAD. It may take a bit before the changes take effect.
