Control Third-Party App Access to Google Workspace Services
Enable or disable API and third-party app access to specific services.
As the admin, you can see a list of all third-party web and mobile apps connected to the core Google Workspace services of user accounts in your organization.
You can also revoke third-party apps’ access to Google Workspace user accounts.
In the Google Admin console at https://admin.google.com, click Security.
Select API controls.
Click MANAGE THIRD-PARTY APP ACCESS to see the list of third-party apps used by users in your organization.
If the list is long and you wish to find something specific, click Add a filter.
Then select what you want to search for – you can look for apps by App name, Type, ID, Users, Requested services, and Access.
You can hover over an app and click Change access or click the app’s name for more info.
Select between the two access options:
Trusted: Can access all Google services allows the app full access to all core Google Workspace services.
Limited: Can only access unrestricted Google services prevents the app from accessing restricted core Google Workspace services. See how to restrict access to a core Google Workspace service here.
Enable or disable API and third-party app access to specific services.
See what apps have been connected to Google services by your users.
