Google has engaged and authorized third parties for one or more of the following activities, which may involve the processing of personal data stored in Google Workspace services:

  • providing service support and IT-facility management (monitoring and supporting data centers and maintaining equipment);
  • providing software engineering, software maintenance, systems maintenance, including managing the availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Google services;
  • providing customer outreach and support.
