In Google Admin at https://admin.google.com, click Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Settings > iOS settings in the menu on the left.

Click Company-owned iOS device setup.

Click Setup Assistant.

Step 4

To skip a part of the setup, uncheck the box next to it.

Make sure not to skip the Apple ID setup screen as it is required for users to download the Google Device Policy app, which is essential for your admin management settings to work.

Click SAVE. Changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect on mobile devices.
