Google Workspace Mobile Management Settings
Enable or disable mobile management, which allows you to apply admin settings to mobile phones and tablets.
In Google Admin at https://admin.google.com, click the Devices icon.
Select Mobile devices.
Click the Download device list icon in the top right.
Choose if you only want to export the list with the Currently selected columns showing information about devices or All columns.
Select if you want to view it directly in Google Sheets, or get a .csv file and click DOWNLOAD.
Enable or disable mobile management, which allows you to apply admin settings to mobile phones and tablets.
Generate and install an Apple Push Certificate, required to apply admin settings to manage iOS mobile phones and tablets.
Monitor devices that access Google Workspace data and get details such as the operating system and user.
Integrate supported partners with Google endpoint management in the Google Admin console.
Configure password policies for mobile phones and tablets.
Allow or prevent syncing Google Workspace account data to mobile devices and tablets.
See general information about a device in the Devices list.
See a list of all mobile devices.
Download information about managed devices in the Devices list.
Delete a device from the Devices list and stop its sync.
Stop a device’s sync and prevent it from re-syncing.
Require approval by an admin when user accounts are added to mobile devices and tables before they can access data.
Wipe a device’s Google Workspace data. Personal data remains on the device.
Require data encryption on devices so that devices need to be unlocked for anyone to access data.
Block Android or iOS devices from syncing managed account data when there are indications that they may be compromised or jailbroken.
Control if users are allowed to use the camera on their device. On devices with a work profile, users can still access the camera through personal apps.
Control if users can use Google Assistant with their managed account on their device.
