Prevent Users From Installing Apps From Unknown Sources
Control if users can install apps from unknown sources outside the Play Store.
In Google Admin at https://admin.google.com, click Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Settings > Android settings in the menu on the left.
Select Apps and Data Sharing.
Click Android Beam.
Check the Allow outgoing Beam box to enable it or uncheck to block outgoing Beam and click SAVE. Changes may take up to 24 hours.
Control if users can install apps from unknown sources outside the Play Store.
Control if users can turn off Google Play Protect, which prevents the installation of harmful apps and periodically scans devices for dangerous apps.
Control if users can uninstall apps, disable apps, force stop, show notifications, and clear data, cache, or defaults.
Control if users can share data and files from their work profile to the personal space on their device.
Control if users can copy text from managed apps in their work profile and paste it into their personal apps.
Control if users can transfer files over a USB connection.
Control if users can save a screenshot or recording of their screen using managed apps.
Control if users can turn the Location on their device on or off.
Control the default response for apps that require permissions to start working.
Control if users can enable and use developer options.
Control if users can access and publish private apps in Google Play.
Control if users can share content between Android devices with Android Beam, which uses NFC.
