Who can see a list of all shared drives in Google Workspace

Only Super Admins can see all shared drives created by all Google Workspace users.
You can also create a custom admin role to allow someone to see and manage all shared drives.

Step 1

In the Admin console at https://admin.google.com, click the Apps icon.

Step 2

Select Google Workspace.

Step 3

Click Drive and Docs. Make sure not to check the box to the left; just click the name.

Step 4

Select Manage shared drives.

Step 5

This page shows a list of all shared drives created by users in your Google Workspace account.

You can find specific shared drives faster by clicking the + Add a filter button.

You can narrow down the list by:

Shared drive name

Date created
No members
No managers
