Add Participants to a Meeting
Invite participants to a meeting session.
As soon as you start a meeting in Google Meet https://meet.google.com, the joining info appears.
You can click the Copy joining info icon on the right to copy it. You can then send it to others by pasting it into a chat, email, document, or web page.
Click More phone numbers to get other phone numbers for different countries.
Add others lets you send a direct invite to people to join the meeting.
If the meeting has already started, you can click the Show everyone icon at the bottom right.
Invite people by entering their names or email addresses.
You can only search by name and get suggestions for people in your Google Contacts at https://contacts.google.com.
Click to select them and then click Send email to send them an invitation by email.
This is how the email invitation looks. It includes a button to join the meeting and its web address and dial-in numbers below.
Alternatively, you can dial someone’s phone number so they can join the session on their phone.
