How to Import Contacts to Google Contacts

Quick and easy-to-follow guide for Google Contacts users

You can import contacts exported from another Google account or application such as Outlook or iOS Contacts.

What files can you import contacts from?

  • The contacts need to be in .csv – Comma-separated values or .vcf – vCard file format.
  • Admins can’t do this for other users like they can do with emails. Each user has to do this on their own.
