Create a New Calendar
Create a new secondary calendar.
If you get invited to a calendar event but the time is not the best for you, you can propose a better time by following the steps below.
In Google Calendar https://calendar.google.com, click the event.
Click the arrow on the bottom right, next to Maybe.
Click Propose a new time.
Select the new time and optionally, add a message and click Send proposal.
Time proposals appear with a clock icon on the calendar event. To respond to a time proposal, click the event to view it.
In the guests list, click Review proposed time under the person who requested it.
When someone proposes a new time, others who have the event notification in Gmail can see it and click Accept to agree.
While viewing the event details in Calendar, click Find a time to display people’s primary calendars and find a good time for the event.
Click Save after updating the time.
Create a new secondary calendar.
Subscribe to another person’s calendar.
Learn which calendars are primary and which ones are secondary.
Browse and add company resource calendars and other calendars of interest.
Stop seeing a calendar you don’t need.
Grant someone else access to your calendar.
Display or hide a calendar from your list of calendars.
Permanently remove a calendar.
Export events from one or more calendars.
Add calendars and events from other services to Google Calendar.
Insert and display a calendar on a website page.
Grant third-party app access to your calendar.
