Control the Ability to Share Primary Google Calendars Externally
Allow or prevent sharing of primary calendars externally and specify the possible sharing levels.
In Google Calendar https://calendar.google.com, your primary calendar is the one named after your user account’s first and last name. It’s always the first calendar you see on top of the My calendars list on the left.
The name of this account is Workspace123 Team, which is why the primary calendar in the previous image is named that way.
In Google Calendar https://calendar.google.com, you create a secondary calendar by clicking the + button to the right of Other calendars, then selecting Create new calendar.
Other system calendars such as the Birthdays calendar are also secondary.
Super Admins always have full access to all users’ calendars by default. There is no way to disable this.

Choose the internal default sharing level of users’ primary calendars.
