Automatically Add Email Addresses to Your Contacts for Auto-Complete
Sending to a new email adds it to your contacts so that it will auto-complete next time.
Open Gmail https://gmail.com and click the Settings gear icon in the top right.
Select See all settings.
Select Accounts and Import.
If some settings here are disabled for you on the admin level, you see this as Accounts.
Next to Send email as: click Add another email address.
Type a name that will go along with your email, type the email address to add below, keep Treat as an alias checked and click Next Step.
If you’re adding a Google Workspace alias, this is all you have to do.
If you’re adding a non-Google Workspace email such as a personal Gmail address, or another email, you’ll see the next steps.
If you’re adding a personal @gmail.com email, use this info:
The email address you’re adding will receive an email.
Click the long verification link in the email or copy the code and paste it here and click Verify.
The email address gets added to your settings.
The options to the right of each email allow you to make it the default sending address, edit the name or other info or delete it from your settings.
Now you can choose it when replying or composing a new email by clicking From.

You can undo the sending of an email within a short time frame.
Use Gmail to send from any email address you own, even non-Google ones.
Once you’ve added a new email address to send from, change your From field to use it.
Set up an email so that it gets sent out later, at a time you specify.
Confidential mode lets you prevent recipients from forwarding, copying, printing, or downloading your email. You can also set an expiration date and require a passcode for recipients to view your email.
Templates are a way of avoiding repetitive typing of messages that you have to send often.
A read receipt is a confirmation that the recipient has read your email.
