Go to the Admin console https://admin.google.com and click Billing or Manage subscriptions.
If there are any subscriptions other than your G Suite / Google Workspace one, start by canceling them. Otherwise, you won’t be able to delete the account entirely.
Click the name of a subscription.
On the top left, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Optionally, tell Google why you’re canceling and confirm again to wrap things up.
Now to cancel G Suite / Google Workspace, click the name of this subscription.
Again, on the top left, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Optionally, tell Google why you’re canceling and click CONTINUE.
Check the I have read the information above and want to proceed with canceling my subscription box.
Then enter your admin email address below and click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
You’ll receive a confirmation that you’ve canceled your subscription. Click CLOSE.
Now that you have no other subscriptions, you should see this screen.
Click delete your account to wrap things up and delete the account completely.
If you see this screen, skip the next two steps.
If you don’t see the option to delete your account right away, go back to the home page of the Admin console https://admin.google.com and click Account settings.
Select the Account management section.
Click the DELETE ACCOUNT button.
Check the I have read the above and want to proceed with deleting my organization’s account box and then click DELETE ACCOUNT.

Subscribe to another person’s calendar.
Learn which calendars are primary and which ones are secondary.
Browse and add company resource calendars and other calendars of interest.
Stop seeing a calendar you don’t need.
Grant someone else access to your calendar.
Display or hide a calendar from your list of calendars.
Permanently remove a calendar.
Export events from one or more calendars.
