Address Lists
Set up email addresses and domains lists to allow, block, apply or exclude from email routing settings.
In the Admin console at https://admin.google.com, click the Apps icon.
Select Google Workspace.
Click Gmail. Make sure not to check the box to the left; just click the service.
Select Spam, Phishing and Malware.
Under Organizational Units, select the OU with the users whose settings you want to update. The same updates will apply to all sub-OUs under the OU you choose.
By default, if you don’t select an OU, you will add your setting to the top OU, named after your domain. This way, you will apply changes to all users in your account.
You can search for an OU to find it faster if you have a large OU structure.
To the right of Spam, click CONFIGURE or ADD ANOTHER RULE.
First, give it a short description on top.
Optionally, check “Be more aggressive when filtering spam.” and Gmail’s spam filtering will be more aggressive. If they seem suspicious enough, it may even mark legitimate emails as spam, so it is not highly recommended.
Check Bypass spam filters for messages received from internal senders to whitelist all internal mail.
Bypass spam filters for messages received from addresses or domains within these approved senders lists – this is where you add your list of approved senders. If you haven’t already created a list of email addresses and domains to whitelist, click Create or edit the list and follow the steps in this article, then continue with the steps below.
To select an address list to whitelist, click Use existing list.
Check the box to the left of the lists you want to add to your whitelist.
Your lists are now added to the Bypass spam filters setting.
Put spam in administrative quarantine: check the box to quarantine all spam emails instead of them going to users’ Spam folders. Click here to learn how to create and manage quarantines.
When you’re ready, click SAVE.
This is an example of what it looks like in the settings list.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to start working.
You can come back to this page at any time and click Edit to update the setting, Disable to turn it off temporarily or Delete to remove it permanently.

Forward a copy of all incoming or outgoing mail from one email address to another.
Receive emails sent to email addresses that you haven’t set up yet, or ones where the sender made a typo.
