What emails can you quarantine

Not only can Quarantines be used for spam emails, but you can also get very specific about quarantining any kind of email based on:

  • Organizational unit
  • Delivery direction: Sending, Receiving, or Internal Sending / Receiving
  • Type of recipient: User, Group, or Non-existent
  • Sending or receiving email address or domain
  • Attachments
  • Specific words
  • Specific content

Settings that allow you to quarantine emails

You do this by setting up one of the following settings to quarantine messages:

After configuring these settings to apply only to emails you want to quarantine, under 2. or 3. – For the above types of messages, do the following: click Modify message and select Quarantine message.

Then under Move the message to the following quarantine, click Default, and select one of your custom-made quarantines.
