Enable Warnings for Suspicious Domains
Protect users by having Gmail display a warning notification when users click links to suspicious domains.
Gmail automatically scans all images in emails you receive for enhanced security. You can specify trusted URLs to bypass this.
In the Admin console at https://admin.google.com, click the Apps icon.
Select Google Workspace.
Click Gmail. Make sure not to check the box to the left; just click the service.
Select End User Access.
Under Organizational Units, select the OU with the users whose settings you want to update. The same updates will apply to all sub-OUs under the OU you choose.
By default, if you don’t select an OU, you will add your setting to the top OU, named after your domain. This way, you will apply changes to all users in your account.
You can search for an OU to find it faster if you have a large OU structure.
Add URLs to the whitelist.
You can add a URL and click PREVIEW to see if the URLs you pasted there match the image URL patterns you’ve specified above. If the image URL matches a pattern, you’ll see a confirmation message. If the image URL does not match, an error message appears.
Click SAVE in the bottom right. It may take up to 24 hours before changes kick in.
