Quick and easy-to-follow guide for Google Workspace administrators

What is the Unintended reply warning setting

You can have Gmail display a warning message when Google Workspace users reply to someone who is not in their contacts at https://contacts.google.com.

When Contact sharing is enabled, as shown here, Google Workspace accounts’ contact info is shared among all users.

Combined, these two settings make a great way to ensure users don’t send a sensitive message to someone outside your organization by mistake.
